Job Summary
Front desk concierge in a senior living community delivering exceptional customer service and welcoming guests. Responsibilities include signing in guests, assisting residents and families with transportation and reservations, answering phones, responding to inquiries and emergencies, monitoring lobby safety, maintaining reservations for guest suites and common areas, receiving mail/packages, updating emergency contacts, coordinating maintenance/housekeeping requests, performing administrative tasks (filing, data entry, stamping), supporting community events, ordering supplies, and upholding resident and community confidentiality. Requires basic computer skills and strong communication, with a focus on multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills, including phone systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
