Job Summary
Concierge position responsible for greeting prospective residents, building rapport, acting as Social Director for the community, planning and executing events, coordinating monthly newsletters, managing reservation of VIP spaces, delivering packages, and assisting Leasing Consultants. Requires strong customer service, sales, and computer skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask within a fast-paced, compliant housing environment. Daily duties include coordinating referrals and services for residents, planning events and travel arrangements, delivering various services (flowers, supplies, etc.), and supporting property management with fee-based or service-related tasks while maintaining Fair Housing compliance. Weekend/5-day scheduling as determined by Property Manager; light travel for training. Benefits include healthcare options and 401K plans.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Verbal, math and reasoning skills
- Ability to read and write in English professionally
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Knowledge of Internet, Email and Social Media as it pertains to marketing of community
