Job Summary
Concierge Specialist provides clerical support; organize and maintain resident, personnel, marketing, maintenance, and resource files. The Concierge answers telephones, greets guests, and responds to residents' requests and assist in coordination of services to residents. The Concierge assists in providing services to residents, families, and guests. Duties include answering calls, receiving visitors, scheduling appointments, assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining mailboxes and lobby appearance, providing administrative support (typing, filing, reports, scheduling, vendor liaison), coordinating work orders with Maintenance/Housekeeping, ensuring safety, and performing related duties. Requires High School Diploma or GED and strong English communication; one year of office or hospitality experience preferred; ability to lift up to 40 pounds; drug testing and background check upon hire. on-site, part-time weekend overnight shift pay $15.50/hour, Myrtle Beach, SC.
