Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure living environment at India House by managing access control, monitoring CCTV, and overseeing communal cleaning. Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors while handling feedback and concerns proactively. Work shifts covering day periods from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM and night periods from 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM on a rota basis to ensure 24-hour coverage. This 6-month fixed-term contract reports to the Estates Services Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Concierge experience in a residential setting
- Excellent time management
- Good team working skills and flexible approach to work
- Good level of IT skills and knowledge of CCTV operation
- Direct experience of working with customers and dealing with customer feedback in a service delivery environment
- Strong understanding of the importance of health and safety compliance
- Good oral and written communication
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of using Dwellant (concierge software)
- Previous experience of operating CCTV, including compliance with the Information Commissioner's CCTV Code of Practice
- Contractor management and experience in the delivery of estate cleaning, caretaking and maintenance services
- Experience of Health and Safety legislation and best practice in the delivery of estate services
