Concierge

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements, transportation, and reservations by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and concerns while gathering property and area amenity information. Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, and guest well-being; report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager. Review shift logs and daily memo books to document pertinent information. Maintain professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and ensure uniform cleanliness. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
