Concierge

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns while contacting relevant departments to resolve issues. Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being. Gather property and local amenity information for guests, review shift logs, and document pertinent details. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Maintain professional appearance, ensure confidentiality, and comply with quality assurance standards. Requires Australian Drivers Licence. Full-time role involving standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
