Job Summary
Concierge Coordinator responsible for providing guest information and coordinating requests such as restaurant and ticket bookings, events, and car arrangements to deliver five-star service. Must build trusting relationships with guests and colleagues, efficiently support the concierge desk, and maintain in-depth knowledge of the property and London with recommendations on local dining, museums, and attractions. Duties include handling guest inquiries via email and phone, interacting with guests to manage recoveries, using the hotel systems, delivering thorough handovers to the concierge team, and participating in cross-training across departments as needed to enhance guest experiences. Strong emphasis on guest service, teamwork, organization, proactivity, attention to detail, speed, knowledge of London transportation, and current local scene. Flexibility to take on different tasks to meet guest needs and colleagues’ requirements.
