Job Summary
Answer guest questions, provide directions, and make detailed reservations or recommendations for hotel services, local events, and transportation. Ensure all guest requests are handled in a timely manner while advising guests of surrounding points of interest, offering quick orientation, and providing in-depth recommendations. Proactively update files and create new ones, confirm bookings for theater and tours, and develop an extensive local network to better serve Fontainebleau guests. Maintain effective communication with teammates, adapt to changing job requirements, and continuously increase knowledge to update information in this high-end oceanfront environment.
Required Qualifications
- Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
- Minimum of two years concierge operations experience
- High school education or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience
- Bilingual
- College degree
