Job Summary
Concierge role serving as front-of-house for guests, residents, families, and vendors; responsibilities include greeting and signing in visitors, directing residents, answering and routing telephone calls, taking and delivering messages, providing tours and community information, preparing memos and correspondence, organizing front desk areas, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the Community Leadership Team to ensure smooth administrative operations. Requires high school education, strong English communication, basic computer skills, multitasking with a multi-line phone system, and a customer-service mindset focused on geriatric residents; includes attending mandatory trainings and engaging in professional, courteous interactions with staff, residents, and families.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Prior experience in working with public
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Must be comfortable with a multi-line telephone system, answering, taking messages and transferring calls
- Must be willing to perform non-professional duties
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Must attend all mandatory company meetings and specified training sessions
- Ability to work without close supervision and to follow verbal and written instructions
