Job Summary
Greeting visitors, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff. Serves as the first impression of the Community by assisting residents, family members, and guests with general requests, guiding visitors, and supporting property marketing efforts during tours and phone inquiries. Maintains a neat reception area, handles mail-related tasks, and performs office duties as directed. May assist in dining room service and supports a positive professional image through courteous interactions and teamwork. Requires ability to read/write English, follow instructions, and work professionally with residents, staff, and the public. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience with computer software (Microsoft) and strong customer-service orientation are helpful.
