Concierge-Chief

Coordinate day-to-day concierge operations, developing goals and plans to prioritize work while supporting the team to drive guest satisfaction and financial results. Provide recommendations and arrange services for guests, including car rentals, tickets, and special requests, while maintaining knowledge of room locations, facilities, and daily house counts. Establish relationships with local attractions and businesses, manage check-in/check-out services and reservations, and respond to emergency situations using appropriate procedures. Serve as a role model, coach staff on service expectations, and handle guest complaints to ensure adherence to hotel policies and standards.
