Job Summary
Concierge providing customer service and reception to residents and families in the front lobby, with responsibilities including greeting guests, handling inquiries, maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere, and supporting administrative tasks. Key duties include clerical support (typing, filing, photocopies, data entry), managing mail and packages, maintaining resident directories and logs, assisting with the resident check-in process, supporting sales/marketing inquiries, and providing assistance with the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system as requested. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong telephone etiquette, excellent customer service, dependability, and ability to multitask in a busy front-desk environment are essential.
