Job Summary
Part-time weekend Concierge providing front lobby reception and customer service for residents and families. Acts as the first greeter in the community, handles administrative tasks, supports sales/marketing efforts, and assists with reservation and maintenance processes. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and skill with office machines (fax, copier/scanner). Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining a welcoming lobby, clerical support (typing, filing, data entry, mail distribution), managing resident check-ins and guest room reservations, and assisting with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems as requested. Must enjoy serving seniors, demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality, possess strong communication skills, work with minimal supervision, and adhere to the organization’s ethics and compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
