Concierge

Concierge at Cedarhurst Senior Living serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff, delivering a warm welcome and exceptional service while monitoring entry/exit points and assisting with resident needs. Responsibilities include front desk duties, clerical support to the Executive Director, Business Office, and Sales & Marketing teams, coordinating transportation and event reservations with the Life Enrichment Director, handling guest meals and credit card transactions, submitting work orders, monitoring the emergency system, and maintaining effective communication with residents' families. The role requires walking/standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds alone (up to 200 pounds with assistance), and adherence to infection prevention protocols. Weekend availability every other weekend is required. Education is preferred at the high school level; CPR/BLS certification and prior customer-service experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar settings are preferred.
