Job Summary
Concierge Caregiver sought to provide dedicated, one-on-one care to residents at The Oscar at Georgetown. Deliver resident-centered support by assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility), providing companionship, responding to resident requests, and performing light housekeeping. Escort residents to meals, activities, appointments, and events while maintaining high-quality care. Requires compassion, dependability, and attention to detail; ideal candidate will engage residents personally and foster meaningful relationships. Schedule consists of 3 to 5 shifts weekly between 7am and 1pm (Georgetown, TX). Must have at least 1 year of caregiver experience and 1 year of customer service experience in a front-facing role; current CNA certification is a plus. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, pass a full background check and drug test, and provide two professional references. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience in a facility, providing full hands-on care to residents
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a front-facing role
- Current CNA certification is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must enjoy engaging with residents
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to commit to an ongoing weekly schedule in Georgetown
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving record and auto insurance with your name on the policy
- Pass a full background check and drug test
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
