Concierge role at BVLGARI Resort Dubai focusing on guest service: respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning), handle unique guest needs, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Gather and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities, including events and activities. Answer and document guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns; coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping, and other departments to resolve issues. Review shift logs, monitor club lounge for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing. Report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training. Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, communicate clearly, prepare written documents, and maintain positive working relationships. Stand or move for extended periods; perform other duties as requested.
