Job Summary
Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth while managing showroom calendars across Downtown Denver and Central Park locations. Provide logistical support for client meetings and events, including invitations, RSVPs, hospitality arrangements, and follow-up communications. Serve as the primary showroom host and point of contact for partners and visitors, ensuring furniture, displays, and shared spaces remain organized and inviting. Maintain showroom finish libraries, product samples, and inventory while supporting the Design and Sales teams with sample requests and product sourcing. Order branded marketing materials and manage office hospitality functions, including meeting space readiness and supply replenishment. Gather client feedback to continuously improve the showroom experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a creative or event-related field
- 1–2 years of professional administrative experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
