Set up and stock the breakfast area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies. Prepare simple items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods while ensuring the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting. Greet guests warmly, answer questions about offerings, and monitor food quality and temperature. Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift. Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling. Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items. Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
