Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns while contacting relevant departments to resolve issues. Gather and provide information regarding property amenities, local attractions, and special events. Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well-being. Review shift logs and daily memo books to document pertinent information. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management. Welcome guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain a professional appearance. Obtain or maintain a Maryland Serve Safe certificate. Competitive wages of $15.50-$16.00 with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and tuition assistance.
