Job Summary
Concierge Banker with responsibilities for processing customer transactions, cross-selling bank products and services, delivering high-level customer service, maintaining an accurate cash drawer, and ensuring branch operations run smoothly. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, researching solutions, opening/closing procedures, compliance with bank policies and procedures, and assisting with facilities management. Requires strong cash handling, outstanding communication, detail orientation, and the ability to contribute to a positive team environment; knowledge of banking products and procedures and proficiency with Microsoft applications are preferred. The position is on-site in Encino, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of cash handling responsibilities
- Excellent customer-service skills, including oral and written communication
- Ability to effectively contribute to a positive team environment and work toward achieving goals
- Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must adhere closely to bank procedures and regulations
- Strong work ethic and high integrity
- Strong computer and 10 key skills
- Outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic personality
- Knowledge of banking products and procedures (preferred)
- Successful sales record in a sales or banking environment (preferred)
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Physical requirements: ability to stand or sit for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds
