Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival and provide information about the hotel's amenities and services. Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions. Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and lobby area. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in reservation management software
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
