Concierge Associate

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements, transportation, and reservations by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and concerns, then contact relevant departments to resolve issues. Monitor the club lounge for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being while gathering property and local amenity information. Review shift logs and daily memo books to document pertinent information. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Comply with quality assurance expectations and complete safety training and certifications.
