Job Summary
Concierge and Personal Assistant to support the family office in Campbell River. Manage a dynamic calendar often across multiple time zones; coordinate with internal teams to craft extraordinary itineraries and experiences for the Chairman and guests; source and book events or activities; ensure properties are prepared and provisioned prior to arrival; coordinate with household staff, service vendors, and teams to ensure flawless environments; act as the single point of contact to ensure timely administration and coordination; handle communications, reservations, gifts, errands, and bespoke requests; support diverse administrative functions for the family office; track expenses and reconcile receipts while seeking cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality; maintain strict confidentiality and privacy; maintain readiness to travel or adjust plans as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Post secondary education in travel, business, hospitality, related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in assistant, luxury hospitality, concierge or related role
- Experience coordinating or performing administrative duties requiring high level of detail in fast-paced environments
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Flexible schedule and availability outside traditional office hours
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong judgment, discretion, and commitment to privacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication tailored to audiences
- Trustworthy with confidential information
- Proactive, self-starter with problem-solving and calm navigation of challenges
