Concierge serves as ambassador for the community, providing front-desk reception, greeting visitors, answering and screening calls, signing in visitors, processing mail/packages, maintaining the front desk logs, and assisting in clerical duties; coordinates resident transportation sign-ups and supports various administrative tasks while upholding safety procedures. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to relate to a variety of people, initiative and judgment, and flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
