Respond to guest requests for special arrangements, transportation, and reservations by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, questions, or concerns, contacting Bellperson or Housekeeping as necessary to resolve issues. Gather property and area amenity information to provide to guests, while monitoring club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well-being. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager, and document pertinent information in shift logs and daily memo books. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
