Job Summary
The Receptionist/Concierge role at JLL involves providing general office support, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, requisition of supplies, greeting guests, issuing security badges, coordinating pick-up and delivery with couriers, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The position supports the Facility Manager and Facility Coordinator with clerical tasks, responds to inquiries, escalates complex issues, participates in facility programs, and ensures policies are followed. Requires 1+ year of facility/property administration experience in commercial real estate, a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and AV equipment; bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable. Core hours are 8:00am–5:00pm (occasional 9:00am–6:00pm) at an on-site Redwood City, CA location; visa sponsorship is not provided. Estimated compensation is $45,000–$65,200 USD per year.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven work experience with facility/property administration experience in the commercial real estate industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Mapping and database software
- Working knowledge of audio visual equipment located in conference rooms
- Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary
