Job Summary
Concierge Caregiver needed to provide dedicated, one-on-one care to residents at The Oscar at Georgetown. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility), providing companionship, responding to resident requests, light housekeeping, and escorting residents to meals, activities, appointments, and community events. Must commit to ongoing part-time schedules (Sun–Wed 7am–1pm or Tue–Sat 7am–1pm) in Georgetown, TX. Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience in a facility and 1 year in front-facing customer service; CNA certification is a plus. Requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to pass background check and drug test, and provide two professional references. Competitive pay: $18-$20 per hour, with benefits including MEC, ImmediatePay, PTO opportunities, and an employee referral program. E-verify and equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience in a facility providing full hands-on care to residents
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-facing customer service role
- Current CNA certification is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must enjoy engaging with residents
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to commit to an ongoing weekly schedule in Georgetown
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving record and auto insurance with your name on the policy
- Pass a full background check and drug test
- Ability to provide 2 professional references

- Must be able to commit to one of the following ongoing schedules: Sunday – Wednesday 7am-1pm or Tuesday – Saturday 7am-1pm
