Job Summary
Join our team as a Concessions Worker responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to create a positive guest experience. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, taking accurate orders, operating the Toast POS system, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety guidelines. Successful candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work under pressure, and potentially have food service experience. This part-time role may involve working during events, requiring standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Dependable and hardworking
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to policies
