Job Summary
Assist customers with outstanding service, operate electronic cash registers and POS software, and balance daily drawers while performing basic math computations. Prepare and serve food items, clean dining areas, and handle condiment containers during concession operations. Unload supplies from trucks, lift heavy items, and take food temperatures to ensure proper controls. Serve and bus guests during catered banquet events. Alert management immediately for suspicious persons, intoxicated individuals, or cash drawer discrepancies. This part-time, non-exempt role offers flexible scheduling based on availability and business needs for individuals aged 16 or older with Safe Serve Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have or be willing to obtain Safe Serve Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Food Handler's Card preferred
- Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer is preferred
- Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
- One year of customer service experience with general public preferred
