Job Summary
Oversee daily concessions stand operations for University of Georgia Athletics, including determining food and beverage quantities, monitoring temperatures for safety, and merchandising items according to established guidelines. Manage staff such as cashiers, cooks, and runners to ensure compliance with uniform standards, safe service practices, and Trident Provisions. Maintain equipment, utensils, and storage areas while managing inventory records and disposing of unusable leftovers. This role requires availability for every football game day, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and use of carts and pallet jacks. You will receive on-the-job training and gain the ability to work independently after completion.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe qualified or the ability to become ServSafe certified
- Lift heavy objects up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work every University of Georgia football game day
- Be clean, neat and professionally dressed at all times
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in leading a concessions operation is preferred
