Job Summary
Assign duties to scheduled team members, assist with training, and investigate complaints regarding food quality or service. Manage labor and profit loss while ensuring proper cash handling and tip record-keeping. Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties as needed. This part-time role requires restaurant experience and supervisory skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment at TD Garden, where you will contribute to exceptional guest service across the arena.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a restaurant
- Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
- Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
