Job Summary
Manage event day staff and support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality. Assist in training and counseling event staff while developing and enforcing standards for service, sanitation, and food quality. Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory by conducting physical audits, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol service procedures. Interact directly with customers and co-workers to uphold company service standards and safety protocols. Work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, in an open-air environment across all climate conditions.
Required Qualifications
