Job Summary
Oversee concession bars and portable food & beverage locations by setting up all stations, verifying inventory, assigning duties, and ensuring sanitation and production standards are met before each event. Requisition and stock all necessary products, train staff on standard operating procedures, and provide back-up to ensure full operational capacity. Enforce company policies, monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction, and relay safety or health concerns to management immediately. Assist with projects including training, inventory management, and special events. Adhere to liquor regulations and detect guest inebriation as trained. Handle concessions transactions via the Point of Sales system and perform closing duties. Requires 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, accurate POS handling, and ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food & beverage environment
- Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through a POS system
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights, and holidays as required
- Shifts can have a duration of up to 10 hours as needed
