Job Summary
Oversee concession bars, stands, and portable food & beverage locations by setting up all sites prior to events, verifying inventory, assigning duties, and ensuring sanitation and production standards are met. Requisition and stock necessary supplies, train employees on standard operating procedures, and provide backup to maintain full operational status. Enforce company policies, monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction, and relay safety or health concerns to management immediately. Assist with training, inventory, and special events projects while assisting guests with POS transactions and managing closing duties. Maintain excellent attendance and be available to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays as required by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food & beverage environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Required to possess or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent certification, and non-gaming work permit (Sheriff's Card)
- Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through a POS system
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights, and holidays as required
- Shifts can have a duration of up to 10 hours as needed
