Job Summary
Support all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality by assisting in staff training and counseling. Directly manage event day staff while interacting with customers, maintaining and controlling high-volume food and beverage inventory. Conduct physical audits of inventory and product, performing reconciliations to ensure compliance with corporate procedures. Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality while training teams on responsible alcohol service. Work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays in an open-air environment. Report safety incidents into the company's risk management system immediately and complete required safety training.
Required Qualifications
