Job Summary
Assign duties to scheduled team members and investigate complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Verify daily and end-of-month inventory counts, ensure stands are stocked during and after games, and order supplies as needed. Help train new stand employees on concessions operations and assist guests with stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties. Requires food service experience, minimum two years of supervisory experience, and ability to implement rules and direct employees in a fast-paced environment. Schedule includes days, evenings, events, holidays, weekends, and OT as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in food service
- Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
- Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be available for Days
- Must be available for Evenings
- Must be available for Events
- Must be available for Holidays
- Must be available for OT as needed
- Must be available for Weekends
Desired Qualifications
