Concessions Supervisor - FirstBank Amphitheater

Concessions Supervisor responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality. Responsibilities include assisting in training and counseling event staff, directly managing event day staff with customer interaction, maintaining and controlling high-volume food and beverage inventory, training and enforcing responsible alcohol service, developing and enforcing standards for service, sanitation, and product quality, coordinating with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards, conducting physical inventory audits and reconciliations, and adhering to safety procedures and company-wide safety training. Must be able to work in an open-air environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English required.
