Job Summary
Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for the complete operation of assigned concession stands, training personnel, supervising and directing the work activities of others, and reporting to the Concessions Supervisor. Responsibilities include supervising stand workers, coordinating activities, resolving problems with management, assisting with setup/closing procedures, stocking and inventory control, completing required paperwork, auditing cash and inventory, ensuring accurate transaction totals for cashiers, maintaining a clean and organized stand, and preparing for next event. The role requires experience in food service, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, English fluency, physical ability to lift heavy items, flexibility to work events including nights, weekends, and holidays, and compliance with health and safety policies. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience as a stand attendant or other food service worker is necessary
- Must be able to work fluently in English
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
