Job Summary
Maintain all concessions areas and sell items inside the theater lobby by welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving food and beverages quickly. Record orders accurately into the register system, use the POS to ring orders, process payments, and maintain inventory. Keep all concessions and coffee areas clean, restock supplies, and report equipment problems to the manager. Work flexible event-based schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Able to position oneself to move up to 40 pounds
- Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time (minimum 5 hours)
- Reach and communicate effectively
Desired Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent preferred
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Great communication skills, personable and friendly with customers
- Working knowledge of coffee or eagerness to learn
- Must possess basic math skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
