Job Summary
Concessions Prep supports the Back of House Team Lead in fulfilling daily kitchen requirements for events, prepares hot food items, restocks concession stands, and ensures health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Follows Health Dept standards and Alcohol Service Guidelines, communicates product levels and equipment issues, and participates in special projects as assigned. Requires 1-2 years kitchen experience, proven guest service skills, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must be comfortable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; on-site at MSG venues.
