Job Summary
Take full accountability for the concession at Selfridges, leading a team of up to five and driving revenue through proactive tasting sessions. Manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment with head office, and build a rota to cover concession hours across the team. Ensure sales performance, team standards, and day-to-day operations align with both LBB brand standards and Selfridges' requirements while growing the customer community through the Lakrids Lovers loyalty programme. Operate weekdays and weekends from 9:30am to 10:15pm.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a retail team
- Experience working within a host retail environment or concession

- Experience managing a retail team, ideally in a premium or department store environment
