Concessions Manager - Circuit of the Americas

Oversee day-to-day planning and event day execution for all concessions area third-party partners at Circuit of the Americas, supervising subcontract management, contract negotiation, and logistics coordination. Lead the onboarding process for new partners, including recruiting, credentialing, and communicating site requirements such as footprint and utilities. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries while maintaining safe, secure, and healthy environments through enforced sanitation standards and budget tracking. Organize cross-functional meetings with sales, operations, and culinary teams to ensure flawless setup and breakdown, while setting staff expectations for uniform, customer service, and workplace culture. Support special off-site events as needed and perform related duties to drive venue financial objectives.
