Job Summary
Oversee concessions operations across CAPA venues and events, manage concessions staff and volunteers, ensure cash handling accuracy and POS operations, coordinate staff coverage for performances, assist in training new concession staff, monitor inventory and supplies, and maintain guest service standards while complying with liquor laws and health regulations; work across all theatres, including evenings and weekends; leverage a cloud-based POS system and collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to optimize service and financial controls.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality services, cash handling, and point of sale operations
- Successful background check
- Credit check (satisfactory to management)
