Job Summary

Manage concessions operations at INTRUST Bank Arena and Capitol Federal Amphitheater, overseeing food preparation, service, and inventory control. Supervise staff through hiring, scheduling, and training while directing retail product storage and serving. Create menus and prices with leadership, tabulate receipts, and reconcile accounts for Finance. Inventories daily stock, manage NPO groups including payroll and contracts, and ensure compliance with health regulations. Work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays across Legends Global facilities in Wichita and Andover.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university
1 to 2 years' related experience and/or training
Previous management experience in a similar venue
ServSafe Manager Certification, or the ability to obtain within first 90-days ServSafe Alcohol Certification, or the ability to obtain within first 90 days ServSafe Allergen Certification
Must be able to pass a background/credit check
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Regular attendance
Ability to work at all Legends Global facilities in Wichita and Andover
Ability to manage several direct reports
Ability to train workers in preparation and cooking food to ensure high quality, efficient and profitable food service
Ability to control costs, generate increased revenue and manage accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate constant change
Ability to function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
