Concessions Cook - White River Amphitheater

Prepare and cook food items to satisfy guests and maximize food revenues while observing all health and sanitation procedures. Ensure products are prepared, held, and served at correct temperatures with proper rotation, labeling, and dating. Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and organized while coordinating orders for timely and accurate cooking. Assist with re-stocking supplies, support other positions, and perform opening and closing procedures per the Employee Training Manual. May be assigned to work multiple stations throughout the shift. Implement sanitary practices for food handling and maintain compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
