Job Summary
Prepare and cook food items to satisfy guests and maximize revenue while observing all health and sanitation procedures. Maintain correct product temperatures, rotate and label inventory, and use proper utensils and portions. Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and organized, and coordinate orders for timely, accurate cooking. Restock paper supplies and food items as needed, assist other positions, and perform opening and closing procedures. Monitor food quantities and quality in prep, on the line, and holding cabinets. Follow all safety policies and regulations, and complete required training. Work multiple stations throughout the shift under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors
- Ability to follow written and oral direction
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
