Job Summary
Prepare and cook food items to satisfy guests while maximizing revenue. Observe health and sanitation procedures, ensuring products are held and served at correct temperatures with proper rotation and labeling. Maintain a clean, sanitized work area and keep management informed of food quantities and quality. Coordinate orders for timely, accurate cooking and assist with re-stocking paper supplies and food items. Perform opening and closing procedures and may work multiple stations throughout the shift. Complete all safety training and follow applicable health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors
- Ability to follow written and oral direction
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
