Job Summary
Serve food to guests while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness across all areas. Prepare and serve beverages, follow alcohol regulations, and ensure health codes are strictly adhered to. Assist with event room setup, establish positive client relationships, and anticipate guest needs to deliver memorable experiences. Work inside or outside the building, including parking lots, standing for long hours while lifting up to 20 lbs. Schedule depends on the BMO Center and Coronado Theatre events calendar, requiring extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have attention to detail
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must have basic math skills
- Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
- Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet corporate minimum requirements
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs
- Must be able to balance serving trays and have good manual dexterity
- Must be able to move around the facility
- Must be able to stand for long hours during events
- Must be able to talk and hear
- Must be able to work inside or outside of the building
- Must be able to work in parking lots
- Must be able to be exposed to adverse conditions
- Must be able to perform repetitive eye/hand coordination
- Must understand and practice the concept of teamwork
- Must strive to provide guest with a memorable experience and exceed their expectations by anticipating their needs

- Must follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol
