Serve all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, by adhering to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations while mixing, garnishing, and presenting drinks using standard recipes. Greet guests courteously, process orders, and maintain excellent attendance in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all inventory including beer, wine, spirits, and perishables, and perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards. Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, escalating to management or security when needed. Lock up all beverage products, food, and equipment items, and perform all closing duties at the end of the shift. This part-time role at Moody Center offers a tip-eligible hourly rate of $11.00-$12.00 with 401(k) matching and requires valid food handling and TABC certificates.
