Job Summary
Serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following bar pre-shift notes, menus, and proper serving procedures. Check guest IDs to verify age requirements, communicate cut-offs when necessary, and de-escalate confrontational situations by contacting management or security as needed. Upsell beer, wine, and spirits knowledgeably while maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation and restocking products. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and long hours to meet business needs, with other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours
Desired Qualifications
- Bartending school preferred
